Communication That Influences
This training will help you better understand how influence works and how your communication impacts your ability to influence others. This is part of the Foundational Skills Certificate.
Managing Projects
This course is designed to help anyone who is working on a project to be more successful. Everyone manages some kind of project at work. It could be as simple as how to manage your emails or more complicated like planning a work event. You will learn basic fundamentals of project management skills and techniques. This is not certified project management course but will give an overview of the basic concepts used by certified project managers. This is a Foundational Skills Certificate Elective.
