Mission Statement

It is Employee Relations’ mission to provide University Management with professional, discrete and timely counsel regarding the interpretation and consistent application of policy related to staff employment concerns. We facilitate the processes associated with staff corrective and disciplinary actions. Employee Relations also administers University Staff Rewards and Recognition programs.
