The Division of Human Resources supports University and Academic Health Sciences staff (excluding Hosptials and clinics).

The Administration team is responsibile for administering, evaluating, planning, and implementing all of the Human Resources programs and services which includes:

• Compensation
• Employment Services
• Employee Relations
• HR Information Systems
• Payroll
• Training & Development
• University Staff Excellence Awards
• Workforce Analytics

Strategic Objectives:

1. Increase customer service in the delivery of Human Resource services
2. Increase fiscal and operational efficiency and value in our processes, technology and services
3. Increase capacity for leaders and managers at the university
