Payroll reporters use this application to process new hires and change data on existing employees. Some of the electronic forms in use are eI-9, E-Verify, Hire, Edit Job, Change Employment Status and Manual request.
D-Jobs
University of Utah’s custom web applications used by payroll reporters to view departmental jobs summary, manage employee distributions and run canned queries in the HR Information Library.

University Human Resource’s (excluding Hospitals and Clinics) issue tracking system. Payroll reporters use this tool to initiate background check for new hires and request data from HR.

Applicant tracking system for recruiting Faculty and Staff to the University of Utah (excluding Hospitals and Clinics). Departments use this tool to post jobs, screen applicants and make offer to selected candidates.
UBenefits
An online benefits enrollment system for Faculty and Staff of the University of Utah (excluding University Health). Employees can use this system to sign up for benefit plans during new hire enrollment, Open Enrollment, major life events such as birth or adoption of a child, marriage, divorce etc and other job events like change from part time to full time status, no benefits to benefits eligible status etc..
