Retain the fax confirmation or sent email. |

Takes the "CDL Drug Screen Authorization Form" with them to the collection site. Must complete drug screen within 72 hours of accepting the job. |

Reads and signs the "Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Program" form. |

Receives Background Check request and submits to Accurate Background, Inc. When the CBC and drug screen clear for hire are received from Accurate Background, Inc, move Hiring Proposal to "Ready for ePAF." NOTE: If candidate has a positive drug screen, they will not be cleared for hire. |
